About the job
Your tasks:
- Active sales of the entire product portfolio (Connectivity, System Integration, FTTH, etc.)
- Active new customer acquisition (Outbound/Inbound): positioning the offer to potential new customers
- Development and co-design of acquisition campaigns and lead generation (including marketing, campaigns, events, and partner leads)
- Focus on assigned market of the shareholders including target customers, segment focus, and focus on Litecom areas
- Creation and presentation of offers in cooperation with our specialist departments
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Coordination of various activities with customers, including participation in events and workshops
Your profile:
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills up to C-level, and independent working style
- Dynamic, curious, and motivated personality with a winning charisma
- Experienced handling of customers, initiative, and personal commitment
- Extensive experience and skills in building and maintaining networks up to management level including experience in hunting
- Proven track record in successful customer support and development
- Established network in the ICT and end-customer environment in Switzerland
- 5+ years of professional experience in ICT/Telecom
- Ideally technical vocational training with business management further education (HF/FH) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of customer requirements and corresponding network solutions in the B2B environment
- German (business fluent in spoken and written) and technical English skills, French is an advantage
