We are looking for a new team member in the role as

Junior Process Engineer  (m/f/d)- 100%

Location:  Grenchen (SO), Switzerland

Type of Contract: permanent employment

Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities

Shift:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead investigations of non-conformances (NCs), performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for NCs, validations, and process improvements in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
