What you will do here

Together with a colleague, be responsible for smooth and customer-oriented study program administration for the Master's program in Social Work and the cooperation
Ensure compliance with processes and deadlines and coordinate with the three partner universities
Prepare the semester start: update documents, create templates, inform students, ensure data storage on the learning platform
Process creditor workflows in SAP and prepare the total cost accounting of the study program for the cooperation partners
Prepare data of students and lecturers, process student applications, organize admission exams

What you ideally bring with you

EFZ commercial clerk, preferably with BM
Several years of professional experience, ideally in the university environment or in the education sector
Affinity for technology and proficient use of the MS Office suite. Ideally knowledge of "is-academia"
Enjoy working independently and have a quick grasp
Reliable, forward-looking, precise way of working
A flair for work processes, flexible action, solution orientation
