Job Description

In this international role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and handle customer inquiries and orders for the countries in the Western Europe region, mainly Italy.

• You receive customer inquiries (by phone or email), create corresponding offers, follow up with the customer, and process the resulting customer orders.
• This involves clarifications regarding technology, delivery times, payment, and export modalities.
• Order entry and deadline monitoring are also part of your tasks, as well as invoicing.
• Handling complaints and returns is also part of your responsibilities.
• You are in close contact with internal departments such as the Service Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• You have a commercial education and have already gained professional experience in a sales or export department.
• You are proficient in using modern IT systems (MS Office and ideally SAP).
• You can organize yourself and your work well, are resilient, and keep a cool head under pressure.
• Your communication skills and confident demeanor form the basis for a professional contact with our international clientele.
• Fluent language skills in German, Italian, and English are required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
