Your tasks
Preparation of meals for the residents, for the à la carte area, banquets, and catering
Ensuring smooth service
Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines as well as quality assurance
Participation in the training of apprentices and passing on your know-how
What you bring with you
Completed basic training as a Cook EFZ
Experience in all stations of the à la carte kitchen
Independent, responsible, and service-oriented working style
Willingness to work irregular hours
Enjoyment of teamwork and respectful interaction with people

Plannable free time: duty rosters 2 months in advance, rotating shifts with continuous service or room hour

Our restaurant is closed in the evenings on December 24th, 25th & 31st
