Job Description

Integrated within the Case Assembly team at the Meyrin site and reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you will contribute to the assembly and inspection of watch cases in compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and performance requirements.

As such, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• You will carry out the complete assembly of watch cases (back, middle case, bezel, and associated components) in accordance with defined quality standards.
• You will perform the fitting and pressing of crystals as well as the assembly of pushers, correctors, and other case elements.
• You will ensure the aesthetic conformity of assembled products by performing the required visual inspections at each stage of manufacturing.
• You will conduct water-resistance tests according to current procedures and validate the conformity of parts.
• You will ensure rigorous self-inspection of all operations performed.
• You will detect, report, and handle any non-conformities in compliance with established procedures.
• You will ensure compliance with quality, safety requirements, and good production practices.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of five years’ proven experience in a similar role within a watchmaking environment.
• You demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and are comfortable performing high-precision assembly operations.
• You are recognised for your rigour, organisational skills, and ability to manage your priorities effectively.
• You work with care, precision, and meticulousness, paying particular attention to detail.
• You are committed to delivering quality work and adhere to established standards and procedures.
• You show excellent team spirit and enjoy collaborating within a dynamic work environment.
• You adopt a positive, constructive, and solution-oriented attitude in your daily activities.
• You are capable of working autonomously while actively contributing to the collective performance of the workshop.
