We are looking for reinforcement in our restaurant Kai Sushi Seefeld. The position is available immediately or by arrangement:
Deputy Restaurant Manager 80-100% m/f
Your tasks
- Together with our restaurant manager and the team, you ensure a perfect sushi experience for every guest and are always there to support your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation in all areas.
- In collaboration with the restaurant manager and in their absence, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Scheduling and instructing the staff during the lunch and evening shifts
- Organizing home deliveries and a well-functioning reservation management.
- Point of contact for the service team for all operational matters in the lunch and evening business.
- Active support of the team in operational areas
- Co-designing the duty roster and responsible for correct hour control
- Co-designing and conducting training for the service team
- Proper acceptance of deliveries and ensuring quality standards as well as compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Ordering in the beverage area and other administrative tasks
Your profile
- You are a passionate host personality who approaches your tasks with heart and mind.
- You bring a culinary education and initial leadership experience. Also gladly as an engaged head of service
- You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and always approach your tasks with joy and enthusiasm.
- A respectful interaction with your fellow human beings is a matter of course, and you are a team player.
- You hold a category B driver's license and speak good German and English.
