About the job

• Managing accounts payable
• Reconciling and posting various bank accounts
• Responsible for invoicing
• Executing LSV and Debit Direct payment runs
• Creating and executing DTA orders
• Assisting with monthly and annual closings

• Handling daily business in the fuel and heating oil trade
• Recording and processing orders and price inquiries by phone or in writing
• Administration of AGROLA energy card

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in financial accounting is mandatory
• Further training (at least) as an accounting clerk
• Quick comprehension and an independent as well as reliable working style
• Confident German language skills and solid MS Office knowledge
• Experience with Infoniqa Finance is an advantage
• High service orientation as well as a team-capable, trustworthy and committed personality
