As a Nursing Expert in Nursing Development, you are responsible for the professional development and quality assurance in our nursing homes. You ensure the KVG service recording and take on the professional responsibility for RAI LTCF and ePDoc including training, support, and controlling. You develop concepts, guidelines, and work tools and ensure their implementation within the framework of quality management (PDCA cycle). You guarantee the timely delivery of relevant key figures and statistics (e.g., SOMED, quality reporting) and are the contact person for insurers as well as internal specialist departments. Together with the team leaders, you moderate case discussions and support teams in complex nursing and care situations, especially in cases of changes in mental health status. In close cooperation with the APN nursing expert, you also promote nursing cultural topics and lead the Palliative Care area. You work situationally in practice, thus linking nursing development with the interfaces of adjacent areas.
You are a certified nurse HF/FH and have further training in leadership in long-term care. Further training in the area of service recording/control is an advantage. You have very good IT skills, work in a structured and networked manner. As a communicative and advisory personality, you confidently accompany employees through change processes. Independence, a sense of responsibility, and a high resident orientation complete your profile.
You can expect a meaningful activity with plenty of creative freedom and great personal responsibility. Your professional and personal opinion is highly valued by us. We maintain an open corporate culture where you can actively shape the work environment and contribute your ideas. We offer fair working conditions, equal opportunities, and a pleasant working atmosphere.
Your questions will be gladly answered by Heidi Stadelmann, Head of Nursing Home Golatti, T 062 483 56 87.
We look forward to receiving your application.
