Job Description
- Maintenance and upkeep of buildings, facilities, and building services systems
- Monitoring and optimization of building technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary installations)
- Support in waste and disposal management
- Support during moves and events
- Ensuring operational safety and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Willingness to perform on-call duty
Qualifications
- Completed training as an electrician
- Sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Flexibility, resilience, and ability to cooperate
- Manual skills and interest in technical systems
- Very good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage
- Driver's license category B
