- Completed training as a maintenance specialist (EFZ or HF) required.

For our Property & Garden department, we are looking for a
Activities
- Practical support and promotion of people and apprentices with disabilities in the area of property & garden (property maintenance/property care/cleaning work/outdoor work)
- Training our apprentices at the EFZ/EBA/PrA levels in the professional field of Facility Maintenance Specialist
- Training and introduction of new work steps and tasks according to pedagogical principles
- Writing documentation
- Administrative tasks within the area of responsibility
- Participation in interview and evaluation discussions with cost bearers
- Personnel planning in daily business
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance
Requirements
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or HF
- Empathy, reliability, patience, flexibility, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and enjoyment of practical work with young people
- Sense for administrative tasks and practical skills for everyday business
- Observation skills; good oral and written expression
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a varied, lively environment
- Resilience; overview in hectic situations
- Trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Driver's license category B/BE
