In daily operations, you work closely with the specialist departments, coordinate orders, and ensure stable purchasing processes
- Operational procurement of materials and items as well as central order processing in close coordination with F&B, Rooms, Thermal Spa, Casino, Golf, Spa, and Corporate
- Obtaining quotes, conducting price and delivery comparisons
- Monitoring delivery dates and inventory levels
- Maintaining supplier contacts and master data
- Processing orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Coordination with marketing for branded items including approval management
- Support in optimizing and further developing purchasing processes
If you are a motivated personality who likes to get involved and has an interest in operational purchasing, this role suits you well
- Completed commercial training or training in logistics
- Initial experience in purchasing or purchasing-related areas is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of logistical processes and goods flows
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Assertive personality with a calm, confident manner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Very good German skills and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
