The Grand Hôtel du Roi René MGallery**** Aix-en-Provence is looking for its next Human Resources Intern M/F starting MARCH 2025!
- 6-month internship
- Compensation: €660 net/month for 151.67 hours of actual work
- Food compensatory allowances approximately €170 gross/month
- Public transport coverage up to 50%

YOUR MISSION:
You will assist the Human Resources and Administration Manager and be responsible for the development and daily management of 50 to 80 employees.
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Be in charge of Human Resources administration (drafting contracts, amendments, schedule control, etc.)
- Preparation of new talent files
- Welcoming and integrating new employees
- Monitoring regulations, preparing work accident declarations
- Monitoring medical visits
- Recruitment, sourcing
- Training deployment
- Participate in various administrative tasks: invoice slips for accounting, provisions, petty cash, daily closing controls, mail, payroll control assistance, various audits
- Internal communication: internal posting, organizing internal events
- Monitoring hotel’s occasional projects
Required skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team and sense of initiative
- First experience in human resources management, preferably in the luxury sector
- Excellent understanding of labor law
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
- Fluency in English
