For our base in Altstätten (SG), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed leader as deputy head in the security sector Migration. In this role, you support the sector head, take on operational leadership tasks, and ensure a professional and smooth operation together with the team.
What you can achieve:
As deputy sector head, you support the professional and operational management of the sector with around 30-50 employees in the security services migration area and represent the sector head in their absence. Together, you ensure smooth operations. You promote the further development of the existing team and at the same time ensure a structured and supported entry for new employees. You contribute significantly to building a high-performance team and fulfill your role model function both in leadership and in operational service on site. Optimal customer and employee satisfaction is your top priority. With your professional appearance and consistent actions, you ensure compliance with all security and quality requirements.
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent education
- Experience in leading teams and strong sense of responsibility
- Several years of practical experience in security services or a comparable field (a must)
- Intercultural competence and enjoyment in dealing with other cultures
- High self-discipline and self-motivation
- Very good verbal and written German skills (native level)
- Swiss citizenship, C permit or B EU/EFTA and mobility (driver's license category B, own car)
- Confident administrative skills and proficient use of Office programs
- Impeccable reputation and psychological as well as physical resilience
