Your Tasks

• • Independent support of management in daily operational business
• • Coordination and follow-up of internal projects and special tasks
• • Organization and follow-up of meetings, conferences, and business trips
• • Preparation of decision templates, presentations, statistics, and minutes
• • Interface and contact person for internal departments as well as external partners
• • Confidential communication and document management
• • Research and evaluations on business-relevant topics

Your Profile

• • Completed commercial training or studies (e.g., business administration, office management, or similar)
• • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position at management or executive board level
• • Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
• • Excellent organizational skills, forward-thinking, and resilience
• • Discretion, loyalty, and high social competence
• • Business fluent German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

Salary

We offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,700 (full-time, 38.5 h/week) with willingness to pay above, depending on qualifications and professional experience. As a variable component, you have the possibility of performance-based overpayment.
