We are looking for an innovative and responsible personality for our Chinderstern Münchenstein as of December 1, 2025 or by arrangement.
The Kita Chinderstern Münchenstein offers children from three months old until
kindergarten entry a pedagogically optimal family-complementary care option.
It belongs to the kidéal group, which offers a comprehensive service catalog in the
field of childcare and operates over 25 own facilities in the Zurich, Aargau, and Basel regions.
In the role of caregiver in training, you support the trained
specialists in the daily work with the children, are regularly
guided in everyday life through meetings, and thus optimally prepared for the final exam and professional life.

Your tasks
Co-shaping everyday life and regular planning of activities and
excursions with the children
Expansion/building of your own expertise, goal-oriented time and
self-management, and your own ability to reflect
Collaboration in compliance with pedagogical norms and values
Support in adhering to safety, health, and
hygiene guidelines
Your qualifications
You have completed secondary school and are interested in the
training as a childcare specialist or adult education according to Art. 32
You are currently in training as FaBe K or an equivalent
training and are looking for a new training company
Motivation and ability to work in a team
Very good German skills
Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
