Tasks

• Consultation / support of patients and employers in returning to the workplace
• Job placement for patients with recent job loss
• Close cooperation with the IV office
• Networking with employers, therapists, daily sickness allowance insurance
• Placement and triage tasks
• Participation in the further development of job coaching and social services
• Collaboration in projects and working groups

Profile

• Degree from a university of social work (BSc)
• Professional experience in the field of labor integration
• Professional experience with mentally ill people
• Competence in interprofessional collaboration
• Good communication and social skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook; Polypoint KIS)
• High personal responsibility, ability to quickly familiarize with a work area and independent working style
