The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The team takes care of guests on site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. The venue in the heart of the lively Niederdorf in Zurich offers over 50 seats at the sushi bar and another 50 seats in the boulevard area.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Assistant Cook (a) 40%

Your versatile tasks:

• You independently prepare dishes for lunch and dinner service – always fresh and delicious! 🍣

• The dishes on our menu? You make them with love and perfection 🥧

• Freshness and quality are your top priorities – you ensure everything is in top shape 🧴

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 😅

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and make sure everything is perfect 📝✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant cook – ideally with à la carte experience! 🍽️

• You speak very good German and can communicate easily with the team 🇩🇪🇨🇭

• Your working style is clean and precise – you value accuracy 😌

• You are a team player and work well with others – teamwork makes the dream work 🤝

• Flexibility is your middle name – you pitch in during busy times and stay calm ⏰
