Welcome to Medbase Bern Westside
In our modernly equipped Medical Center in the Westside shopping and experience center, we care for patients interdisciplinarily and with a focus on quality.
The team, consisting of around 20 employees, is made up of specialists, therapists from various specialties, and medical practice assistants. The main focus of the center is on sports and general practitioner medicine as well as physiotherapy and manual therapy.
We value close cooperation with the Bernaqua fitness center, where certain therapy forms take place. At Medbase Bern Westside, we pay attention to a balanced work-life balance.
Working part-time is possible in all roles, and working hours can be flexibly arranged

- Physiotherapeutic treatment of varied patients of all ages and specialties
- Care and instruction of medical training therapy (MTT) and water therapy in the affiliated Migros fitness center Bernaqua
- Independent performance recording
- Written treatment documentation
- Participation in team meetings and internal training
- Organizational tasks of patient management (co-responsibility for patient planning and organization of prescriptions)
- Commitment to implementing new offers as needed or internal opportunities
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as a physiotherapist (with SRK recognition)
- Professional interest in one or more focus areas such as manual therapies, sports physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage (KPE), internal medicine, orthopedics, geriatrics, etc.
- Independent and reliable working style
- Organizational skills and a high degree of quality orientation
- Flexibility and resilience
- Friendly demeanor and confident communication skills
- Language skills in German (at least B2), French and/or Spanish and/or Italian are an advantage
- Enjoyment of collaboration and exchange in an interdisciplinary team
- Affinity for the use of digital working tools
