TheGlobal People Partner (GPP)for Construction Trade Solutions is a strategic HR leadership role within Hexagon Geosystems. This position supports theConstruction Trade Solutions division, one of six key divisions of Hexagon Geosystems, which focuses on innovative solutions for the construction industry. The division’s product portfolio includes advanced tools and software such as, enabling construction professionals to enhance productivity, precision, and efficiency.

As aGlobal People Partner, you will collaborate closely with the division’s President and other senior stakeholders to align People & Culture strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will work in partnership with Regional People Partners to ensure consistency in HR practices and strategic alignment across all regions.

This role is pivotal in driving HR excellence, supportingorganisational transformation, and preparing the division for future growth.

• Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the President of the Construction Trade Solutions division, providing strategic guidance on People & Culture initiatives to support business objectives
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR strategies and solutions
• Global Collaboration: Partner with Regional People Partners to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices across geographies while addressing local needs and challenges
• Talent Development: Drive programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the Construction Trade Solutions division, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Organizational Design: Support the division in optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability
• Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives within the division, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement during periods of transformation
• HR Governance: Ensure adherence to Hexagon’s People & Culture governance framework, policies, and processes while maintaining flexibility to meet the division’s unique needs
• Future Readiness: Prepare the division for 2026 by implementing the Global People Partner agenda and addressing transition requirements in alignment with the company’s strategic goals

This is you

• Education :University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  
  
• Experience :
  • Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role, ideally within a global organisation
  • Experience working in or supporting divisions related to construction, technology, or manufacturing is a plus

• Skills :
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise inorganisational design, talent management, and change management
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively across geographies

• Global Perspective :Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing global HR initiatives
