The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and pleasant service
• Clean all assigned rooms, including dusting, making beds, removing dirty linen from rooms, retrieving clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the inside of windows, restocking rooms
• Maintain proper use of cleaning products and equipment
• Update and record the list of all clean rooms
• Comply with department policies, procedures, and service standards
• Report items requiring maintenance
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety policies

• Previous experience in this position in a similar establishment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Flexible working hours
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Adapt to last-minute changes
• Very good presentation
• Be autonomous and discreet
