- Analysis of performance and cost developments across the entire spectrum of our university medical services
- Regular communication and discussion of performance development with medical and business management committees of the university hospital
- Support and advice in implementing optimization measures in the specialized clinics
- Project work in the fields of corporate strategy, business intelligence, organizational development, IT, etc.
- Communication with authorities regarding legal framework conditions
What you bring
- Completed medical studies, additional qualification in business administration and/or (hospital) management present or sought
- Clinical experience in hospital operations desirable
- Enjoyment in analyzing complex medical-economic issues (e.g. cost-revenue analyses, process standardizations, efficiency improvements) in collaboration with the business and clinical management level
- Knowledge of the Swiss tariff system advantageous
- Very good German language skills are required
- Team-oriented and service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
