- Creating psychiatric expert reports within the network of the psychiatry specialist group of asim
- Further development and quality assurance of psychiatric reports in the interdisciplinary team
- Supervision of junior specialists in psychiatry for psychiatric reports
- Consulting and co-designing programs for early detection and prevention in the workplace, especially for mental illnesses and return to work measures
- Participation in internal and external educational events
What you bring with you
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (recognized for Switzerland)
- Several years of clinical experience in the specialist field. Experience in report creation is an advantage
- Additional qualification in insurance medicine or willingness for corresponding further training (SIM certificate, CAS VMed)
- Very good written communication skills
- Teamwork skills and service orientation
