Natural Sciences Internship 2026 at the Nature Museum of Graubünden in Chur
Office of Culture | Nature Museum of Graubünden | 60-100% | Chur
For the Nature Museum of Graubünden within the Office of Culture, we are looking for an intern at 60 – 100% starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Collaboration on various collection-related tasks (including labeling and packing objects, inventory, electronic registration)
- Writing articles about exhibition objects and thematic posters
- Assisting with exhibition-related work, including setting up thematic showcases and preparing texts and captions
- Research work related to specific topics
- Work related to the herbarium: including processing herbariums, preparation, and reorganization
- Assisting the visitor information service
- Assisting with the live broadcast of the swift nest via the camera positioned in the nest
- Support during guided tours for classes of all school levels
What we expect from you
- Degree in a natural sciences discipline BSc / MSc (university, university of applied sciences)
- Reliable and, after training, independent working method
- Ability to work in a team
- Good written expression skills in German
- Knowledge of another official cantonal language (Italian or Romansh) is welcome
