For our Manufacturing Technology group, we are looking for a
Your tasks
Together with your group leader, you lead a team of manufacturing specialists (18 people) both personally and professionally and focus, with your group, on the production of complex individual parts and the assembly of assemblies.
In close cooperation with joining technology and production planning, you plan the orders and support quality assurance, process design, and personnel and technology development.
Other activities include:
- Consulting and supporting development and design, as well as internal customers, in decision-making regarding manufacturing strategies
- Active participation in cross-departmental and interdisciplinary tasks
Your profile
You have completed a technical basic education as a polymechanic, further training as a technician HF or equivalent, and have solid practical and professional knowledge in CAM/CNC manufacturing. As a team-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality, you work conscientiously and independently. You have several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in prototype or toolmaking. Good German skills in spoken and written form are required. Additionally, good English skills in spoken and written form facilitate your collaboration with our internal customers.
