Your area of responsibility

To strengthen our technical customer service in the Bern region and surroundings, we are looking for a service technician starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you will independently carry out professional and timely service work

in the greater Bern area

for our private and business customers.

Your main tasks include:

• Repair and service work on various awning and roller shutter products, directly on site at our customers
• Taking measurements for possible replacement products
• Advising customers on technical questions
• Independent and complete reporting of orders up to invoicing
• Good work, happy customers – that is our goal

What you bring

• Ideally completed training as an awning installer, polybuilder or a comparable manual basic training
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Independent, precise working method, skilled with hands, solution-oriented and not afraid of heights
• Good manners, neat appearance, self-motivation and eagerness to learn
• Solution-oriented thinking & acting for our customers
• Used to working with electronic tools
• Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Category B driving license mandatory
