Accounting Operations Consultant 100% - 12 months fixed term (CDD)
This position will play a key role in supporting our Finance Team during a Hypercare Phase after implementation of a new Software. The candidate will play a key role in implementing new ways of working as well as solving occuring challences and support in boosting overall efficiency. This may include the use of new technologies or methodologies.

You will have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Act as the day-to-day accounting partners in the Market for third-party provider performing accounting operational activities (P2P, OTC, cash management).
- Support Scaled Services in issue / dispute / approval escalation process using discretion to determine when something needs to escalate up to the market controller or relationship manager.
- Serve as primary point of contact for a specific market finance team and corporate leaders, where applicable.
To be successful in this role, we believe you need to be/have:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related position, preferably with experience in operations.
- A university education in finance, accounting, economics, business management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French or German (min. C1).
- The mental agility to understand international issues so that strategies can be adapted accordingly.
- The capacity to work well in a team and to positively influence decisions.
- Strong assertive communication and presentation skills.
- Agile thinking and the flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Independent yet able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Oracle system is an asset.
