Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing CAM Programming and Setup

Activities

Re-sharpening of high-performance tools (DIA and carbide) using EDM and 5-axis grinding machines
CAM programming and machine setup
Performing basic mechanical tasks such as turning and milling
Independent tool inspection and measurement
Maintenance of machining machines

Requirements

Completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ
Experience in the production of small series and individual parts
Good knowledge of German
Precise and solution-oriented working method
Team player, motivated, flexible, and reliable
