We are experts in construction quality and accompany the entire lifecycle of real estate – from planning through execution to data-based lifecycle management. Your Area of Responsibility

Do you enjoy ensuring a high level of quality in construction projects? With us, you will find a challenging and versatile field of activity that gives you the opportunity to explore new paths in the construction industry. As a project manager, you will take on the following tasks, among others:

• Independent management of projects in the area of quality assurance across all trades and construction phases
• Conducting site inspections to check construction quality in coordination with all parties involved, including reporting
• Carrying out acceptance tests, factory inspections, and warranty acceptances
• Independent and neutral assessment of components and defects based on applicable contract foundations and standards
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of our digital products
• Digitally processing, managing, and monitoring service modules (monitoring) for our customers

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in construction or building technology, e.g., as a draftsman, structural technician, building technician, civil engineer (FH/Uni), or equivalent qualification
• Solid knowledge of the entire construction process as well as the individual trades
• Strong interest in building technology, structural engineering, architecture, or engineering – or willingness to pursue further education in these areas alongside work
• Confident, open-minded, and curious about new challenges
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills (English, French, Italian) are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and interest in digital applications
• Driver's license category B
