For our Eye Center, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

Marketing Employee (80-100%)

Your area of responsibility:

Implementation of marketing and communication campaigns
Support in building and further developing the ONO brand (including ono estetika) as well as its positioning in the market
Focus and further development of social media including content planning, content creation, content publishing, and analysis/statistics on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Google
You plan and realize regional and national patient and employee events.
You manage the entire event planning and execution: e.g., location selection, program design, supplier and guest management including regular success checks, ensuring a smooth experience that differentiates us from others
You take responsibility for our promotional items from procurement and graphic implementation to coordination.
Collaboration with internal department heads and external agencies
Furthermore, you work interdisciplinarily with various departments and support the marketing team in other projects, thereby making an important contribution to a holistic brand and communication strategy.

Your profile:

Commercial basic training with professional experience or completed further education in marketing
You possess excellent communication skills and are an organizational talent.
You have a passion for storytelling and creating lasting experiences.
You have a growth mindset with agile and self-responsible action.
Flawless German skills and good English skills are required; French skills are an advantage.
Experience with Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Experience in video editing and photo editing
Passion and interest in healthcare
