What you will achieve with us
- Independent case processing in various social insurance fields (mainly AHV, EL, EO and FZ; partially IV, BV and UV)
- Competent advice and support for customers by phone, in writing and at the counter in all areas of the AHV branch office, even in complex social situations
- Ensuring correct recording, assessment and billing of contributions; independent clarifications with customers
- Processing of benefit cases and participation in the determination, modification and control of benefit claims (e.g. AHV, EO, FZ)
- Billing of EL sickness and disability costs
How you inspire us
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ, ideally administrative apprenticeship
- Professional certificate for tasks at Bernese AHV branch offices or course for social insurance clerks is an advantage or willingness to complete such further training
- Several years of professional experience in social insurance
- Language skills in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Independent, proactive and responsible
- Structured, efficient and quality-conscious
- Resilient and flexible with changing requirements
- Customer- and service-oriented with communication and negotiation flair
