Your mission
You create unforgettable service experiences and are the friendly face of our clinic. With your sensitivity to people, you ensure that our patients and guests feel completely comfortable and well cared for.

You keep the service processes running, think ahead, pitch in, and work hand in hand with various teams. In doing so, you build genuine relationships and actively contribute to making every stay with us something special.

• Ensuring professional service of food and drinks in the patient room as well as in the restaurant. You take care of the preparation and follow-up of meal service including meal orders (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• You operate the cafeteria and ensure smooth processes in the service area
• You ensure order and cleanliness in the patient rooms, restaurant, and clinic
• Support with logistical processes such as bed and terry cloth linen changes
• Accompanying patients to therapy
• You create a pleasant atmosphere and actively participate in events
• You are an important contact person for patients and guests
• Recognizing needs and professionally forwarding them to the appropriate departments
  

Your working days and hours
Shifts between Monday and Sunday in a two-shift system 06:30–15:25 or 11:00–20:10.

• Initiative, commitment, and flexibility
• Helpful and outgoing personality
• Experience in hospital care and/or service is an advantage
• Empathetic personality
• Good German and English skills
• Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
