About the job
As an MMB Growth Leader, you are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote growth at MMB. You act as the central contact person for customers and partners, analyze market opportunities, and design individual solutions that meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you work closely with internal teams to successfully position innovative products and services.
Your tasks:
- You develop and implement sales and growth strategies in the MMB segment
- You build and actively maintain customer relationships, being well connected in the market
- You analyze your customers' needs and develop tailored solutions
- You support the preparation and execution of tenders and offers
- You work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
- You monitor the market and identify new business opportunities
- You contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting the sustainable growth of the company
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a business administration focus
- You have several years of experience in sales, ideally in the financial or consulting environment
- You are customer-oriented and communicate confidently and convincingly
- You can explain complex issues clearly and develop individual solutions
- You speak German fluently for negotiations and have good English skills
- You work independently, structured, and result-oriented
- You are a team player and show high commitment
