About the job

You work in the Engadin region with a home base in Zuoz

This position offers you

With your V-ZUG service bus, you visit our customers daily and repair as well as maintain our household appliances in the kitchen or laundry room
In an intensive training at our headquarters in Zug, you acquire in-depth product knowledge that forms the basis for professionally advising our customers. You clarify details about exchange, placement, assembly, installation, and connection
You not only pass on your knowledge about the functions of our devices but also share valuable practical tips on operation and maintenance with our customers
You create precise cost estimates, exchange offers, and reports about your assignments
Through your independent organization of spare parts and tools, you ensure optimal preparation for your service visits

What you bring to the position

After completing your vocational training (EFZ or EBA), you ideally have good electrical engineering knowledge and several years of professional experience, perhaps even in a service environment
Ideally, you already have the authorization according to NIV Art. 15. If not, you are motivated to complete the required further training – which is offered by V-ZUG – and then take the exam
With your technical knowledge and your enjoyment of customer contact, you succeed in offering our customers the optimal solution for their needs
You like to work independently, always keep an overview, and act responsibly and with quality awareness
You are physically fit and ready to handle physically demanding tasks
You are confident in the German language to ensure clear and effective communication
