How you inspire
- A versatile, challenging activity awaits you in the business with medium and large corporate clients
- You support the customer managers in all administrative matters (especially opening new and managing existing customer relationships, online services, payment transactions, card services, credit processing and preparation of credit contracts, credit proposals, compliance and other clarifications related to banking)
- You assist with regulatory issues, document processing and maintenance of system entries
- You have direct contact with our customers (by phone and in writing in German and French) and independently handle electronic and physical correspondence
What you bring
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, with proven experience in the financial services sector and ideally experience in credit business
- Independent work, initiative and daily contact with corporate clients bring you joy
- Your high service orientation, flexibility and a healthy dose of assertiveness characterize you
- You think and act entrepreneurially and have a high sense of responsibility as well as a high quality standard
