Your Tasks
- Strategic, personnel and operational management of the pharmacy
- Ensuring pharmaceutical quality and customer care
- Responsibility for economic target achievement (key figures, budget, purchasing, controlling)
- Representation of the pharmacy within the TopPharm network as well as towards authorities and partners
- Professional experience in a public pharmacy, ideally with leadership experience
- Federal diploma pharmacist or EU-recognized degree with professional practice permit in the canton of Aargau
- Entrepreneurial thinking, social competence and high personal responsibility
