For the Patents and Designs department, we are looking for a committed individual as Clerk / Paralegal Patents (60 - 100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks include independently carrying out administrative activities for obtaining patents and designs worldwide, correspondence with our clients domestically and abroad as well as with foreign correspondents in German and English, electronic file management including recording and monitoring deadlines using our data management software, working and exchanging ideas in a small team, collaboration with the responsible patent attorneys. You bring professional experience in a patent law firm, the ability to independently and responsibly handle correspondence in German and English, flexibility and commitment, teamwork and resilience, an independent, reliable, and precise working style, good IT user skills.
