The traditional Basel restaurant Kunsthalle offers a unique setting for various occasions and is open all year round. In addition to the cozy "Schluuch" and the elegant "white" section, guests can enjoy a lively and joyful atmosphere in the large garden during the summer. The classic, spacious venue with honest and seasonal cuisine offers a wonderful ambiance that appeals to a broad audience. The classic Campari Bar has also established itself alongside the restaurant as an important Basel institution with numerous events.

To support our motivated kitchen team, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated person immediately or by arrangement:

SOUS CHEF 100% (M/F) RESTAURANT KUNSTHALLE BASEL

Your tasks:

• Delight our guests daily with seasonal and creative dishes
• Represent the head chef in all matters during their absence
• Ensure smooth operation of the à la carte and bistro kitchen
• Production, preparation, and quality control of the menu offerings
• Assist with menu planning

Your profile:

• You have completed a professional chef training EFZ and are a skilled specialist
• You have already gained experience in such a position and in staff management
• You bring a high level of quality awareness and joy in cooking
• Reliability, resilience, and flexibility characterize you
