Your Profile – What Sets You ApartCompleted training as a Cook EFZ or comparable qualification (advantageous)
Professional experience in breakfast kitchen or a comparable function (advantageous)
High quality standards and pronounced quality awareness regarding product, freshness, and presentation
Structured, clean, and efficient working method, especially in the early morning hours
Reliability, punctuality, and high personal responsibility
Resilience and calm, focused work even during intense phases
Teamwork skills and cooperative collaboration with service and kitchen
Strong hygiene and order awareness (HACCP)

Independent preparation and execution of the breakfast offer according to our quality standards
Production and plating of warm and cold breakfast components
Ensuring smooth operations in the breakfast kitchen
Preparation of mise en place for breakfast service
Ongoing control and reproduction during service
Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Proper handling of food and avoidance of food waste
Proper storage of products and inventory control
Cleaning and order in your own work area according to internal guidelines
Close cooperation and coordination with the service and kitchen team
