What You Will Do
- You spend your first placement in the Privacy, AI & Data Compliance team within the Legal & Compliance corporate function.
- Within these first months, you will gain hands-on experience in International Data Transfer, Transfer Impact Assessment, Data Processing Agreements and standardization initiatives.
- You will complete your remaining three rotations in the area of Legal & Compliance. These may include departments such as Legal Governance, LegalTech and Corporate Compliance. You will assist in drafting legal memos and preparing presentations, conduct legal research, review our internal policy documents, support in creating e-learnings and participate in internal investigations.
- You will enhance your profile in legal and compliance at SIX through on- and off-the-job training.
- You will receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging their experience to support your learning and development.
What You Bring
- Completed master’s degree (by summer), preferably in Law, Economics & Law, or a related field, from a university or university of applied sciences.
- Initial relevant work experience, for example through internships or a working student position.
- Strong drafting capabilities (memos, presentations,..), with the ability to research legal topics.
- Ability to understand, structure and analyze complex issues.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to support others and find solutions, combined with the motivation to continuously develop new skills and a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Very good written and verbal German and English skills; additional languages like Spanish are a strong asset.
