As a health professional, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. For this position, a cheerful personality who gladly takes on personal responsibility is very important to us. In a small and manageable team, you actively participate as a key person in the care process. You support and promote the residents based on professional and human competence. You gladly take on daily responsibility and jointly shape the daily routine with the team and the residents. Good and competence-appropriate collaboration with specialist offices, doctors, and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and simply belongs to the job.

This position is aimed at a health professional with a certificate of competence who brings experience in gerontopsychiatry and/or the dementia field. As a "creative mind," you also seek solutions in a demanding and non-routine setting that focus on the quality of life of our residents.You have solid knowledge in the care and support of people with cognitive impairments, know the BESA system, and ideally also our care documentation system easyDOK. You speak good German and can use common programs on a computer.
