Your Tasks

- Professional, high-quality nursing within the framework of primary nursing
- Planning, control, and implementation of the nursing process

- Seamless nursing documentation and professional communication
- Leadership and further development of nursing therapeutic groups
- Taking over daily responsibility on the ward
- Co-responsibility for appreciative interdisciplinary collaboration and the entire treatment process
- Participation in reports, focus-oriented treatment discussions, ward rounds, case discussions, supervisions, as well as coordination, team, and training meetings

Your Profile

- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, ideally with experience in a psychiatric setting
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Flexible, resilient, and responsible personality
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation for professional and personal development
- High social competence
- Very good PC application skills
- Excellent German skills (native speaker or level C2 with several years of professional experience in a German-speaking environment)
