80-100% immediately or by agreement
You can expect an exciting area of responsibility with opportunities for participation in a family-oriented and warm team.
Your tasks
- Professional care and support of our residents, taking into account their individual needs and quality of life
- Coordination and implementation of the care and support process in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Assumption of daily responsibility for the department
- Medication management, including documentation and control of medication administration
Your profile
- Training as a qualified nursing specialist or health professional
- Socially competent, team-oriented personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in using a PC
- Experience with BESA is an advantage
- Professional experience in geriatric long-term care is desirable
