Skills

Commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training or equivalent experience.
Experience with TARMED; knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
Flexibility, teamwork, and strong organizational skills are important.

We are looking for you from October 2025 or by arrangement as

Your role at a glance

You ensure that everything is billed correctly, transparently, and on time – according to agreed and tariff regulations
Maintenance of patient master data – data refresh for easier work
Checking, supplementing, and clarifying missing services
Creating invoices and processing feedback quickly
Contact person for billing questions – internal and external
Communication with service providers and patients
Use of SAP/IS-H and Ibicare

Your profile

Commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training or equivalent
Experience with TARMED – we work with TARDOC
Experience in outpatient hospital billing, nursing home processing is a plus
Knowledge of medical terminology
MS Office skills; SAP know-how welcome
Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and service orientation
