Your tasks You support the quantitative and qualitative staffing of the specialty stores and assist in determining personnel and development needs, including succession planning. You take care of our employees – from trainees to store management – and provide them with advisory support. You process internal applications and organize transfers in cooperation with the personnel support team. You assist in conducting employee interviews, document the results, and help implement the agreed measures. You actively participate in the onboarding process and support the implementation of personnel processes – always with a focus on high quality. You work confidentially with the works council committees and contribute to the implementation of co-determination-required procedures. Your profile You have a commercial education with an additional qualification in human resources or a completed degree with a focus on personnel and ideally have gained initial experience through internships or working student activities. You possess high social and advisory competence and are interested in building trusting and sustainable relationships. An independent and reliable working style characterizes you, and you communicate clearly and convincingly. You are motivated to develop professionally and personally.
