• Willingness and enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night shifts)
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record)
• Mobility (driver's license and preferably own vehicle)
• Very good physical and mental condition (willingness for self-defense training)
• De-escalating communication in conflict situations is one of your strengths
