Your Tasks

• Person-centered counseling of clients on abstinence from addictive substances, motivation and reflection in individual settings
• Support of clients in practical life areas, e.g. assistance in building an individual daily and weekly structure, creating weekly plans, etc.
• Support in building and maintaining social skills and contacts, e.g. preparing meetings with relatives, promoting interests and inclinations in sports, creative and cultural areas, etc.
• Support in maintaining and promoting health, e.g. support in crisis management, crisis intervention, assistance with doctor visits
• Participation in community life, e.g. leisure activities
• Individual support of clients in the area of institutions and authorities
• Support in future planning, e.g. in professional or educational promotion
• Creation of individual help plans and development reports

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in social work, pedagogy or psychology (Bachelor, Diploma or Master) and have experience working with people with addiction disorders (possibly with psychological comorbidity), preferably with additional qualifications
• You flexibly orient yourself to the needs and resources of the clients, integrate these into constructive help planning and accompany the entire care process
• You demonstrate creativity, empathy and commitment
• You have a special interest in taking on responsible tasks within a new team and have an appreciative attitude towards the clients
