We are the Foundation for Senior Housing of the City of Zurich SAW and operate more than 30 settlements with around 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. Our tasks include supporting our tenants with everyday, social, and nursing services and promoting community activities in the settlements. More about us at www.wohnenab60.ch.

For the Spitex area, we are looking for a responsible person as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with a focus on Psychiatry, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• As the case-leading nurse, you are responsible for managing and controlling all steps in the nursing process.
• You are responsible for careful and complete nursing documentation.
• You provide resource- and goal-oriented care to our clients with mental illnesses.
• You support our clients in designing and implementing a self-determined everyday life.
   

Profile

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH, at least 2 years of professional experience in a psychiatric setting
• Joy and interest in the psychosocial care of elderly people
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Knowledge of InterRai CMH and Perigon is an advantage
• Driver's license category B.
