Your tasks:
- Management and organization of construction sites in the field of mastic asphalt
- Monitoring and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordination and leadership of the construction site team
- Collaboration with clients, architects, and other project participants
- Schedule and cost control of construction projects
- Preparation of offers and billing

Your profile:
- Completed technical construction training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of mastic asphalt and/or construction management
- Leadership skills and organizational talent
- Strong technical understanding
- Communication skills and assertiveness
- Responsible and team-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving license category B
