About the job

As an International Head Waiter (m/f/d), you take on a key role at the heart of our exclusive hospitality world:

• During the Formula 1 season, you lead and are responsible for one of our restaurants in the legendary Formula 1 Paddock Club – the most exclusive hospitality area at race tracks worldwide
• Outside the Grand Prix weekends, you bring your expertise as Head Waiter to our international DO & CO restaurants and ensure smooth service operations
• Responsibility for the entire restaurant area in the Paddock Club during race weekends
• Leadership, motivation, and training of an international service team
• Ensuring the highest service and quality standards for our demanding international guests
• Personal guest care at the highest fine dining level
• Close collaboration with chefs, event, and restaurant managers
• Support and deployment in DO & CO restaurants outside the racing season

DO & CO stands for exclusive gastronomy at the highest level – whether in the fine dining restaurant at Vienna's Stephansplatz, at international events like the UEFA Champions League, or as the official hospitality partner of Formula 1. • Several years of experience as Chef de Rang / Head Waiter in fine dining or upscale event catering
• Strong leadership skills and organizational talent
• Enjoy working in an international environment with high-end clientele
• Resilience and flexibility – even under time pressure in exclusive event situations
• Fluent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Residence in Vienna or surrounding area
• Willingness to travel (worldwide deployment at Grand Prix weekends)

• We offer a gross monthly salary of 3,500€, plus tips and an extra payment for assignments at F1 events
